Parent Committee
We believe contact with parents is very important. Not just daily chats, but formal ones as well, so we can discuss everything related to childcare in depth. That's why we have a parent committee with parents who actively contribute ideas.
A parent committee offers benefits for both you and us. You have the opportunity to share your opinions and contribute to our policies and services. Your suggestions allow us to continually improve our childcare. This is the only way we can be a second home for your child.

Pick up and take
This is perhaps the most enjoyable form of parent contact. It also occurs most frequently, occurring every day we care for your child. When you drop off or pick up your child, it's a great opportunity to share information.
To take
To ensure your child's well-being, we need to know a few things about you. How are things going at home with your child? Is there anything we should be aware of? These kinds of conversations build trust between you and the group leaders, so you can feel confident entrusting your child to us the next day.
To fetch
It's a quick chat, but it's an important one. How did today go? Did anything special happen? We'd love to talk about your child's care and what they experienced that day.
It's good to take the time to talk about your child in more detail every now and then. It's also a good way to connect with each other. What's important to you in parenting? Are you satisfied with your child's development? And with our care? We use parent-teacher conferences for this, and we can schedule an appointment.
Confidential advisor
Within the 't Leeuwtje daycare centre, confidential counselors have been appointed.
A confidential counselor is an official to whom parents and employees can turn with suspicions of sexual abuse, aggression, discrimination or child abuse by colleagues or by people from the child's network.
The confidential counselor is independent.

Flexible childcareDoes your work week look different every week? Do you often work different days or hours? Our flexible childcare can help.Flexible childcare is childcare for parents with varying work hours who require care during varying parts of the day. The same rules apply to flexible childcare as to regular childcare. The only difference is that the parts of the day can be flexibly scheduled over a specific period. You can book a part of the day for the morning or afternoon, or a full day.

We are very flexible and are happy to think along with you.
Swap days or extra careYou can always swap your regular childcare days within a month of your scheduled appointment. You can cancel a day you wish to attend by 6:00 PM at least one day in advance, and make it up on another day. This should always be done in consultation with one of our staff members.We try to be as flexible as possible in meeting your wishes.Please feel free to ask, as we are happy to help you.Do you need extra daycare outside of your regular days?That is not a problem, you can always use extra flexible hours, but you must take at least half a day.This day will then be invoiced with the next invoice.
